主訴：臉型太凸、先天性缺牙。

治療目標：改善臉型，拔右上第一小臼齒，關閉左上第二小臼齒和右上第一小臼齒空間。

治療計劃：數位隱形矯正，上顎利用拔牙和缺牙空間合併骨釘，將牙齒排列整齊並後縮。下顎則利用IPR創造空間，將牙齒排列整齊並後縮。

治療機制：Class II and Class III elastics，IPR，Extraction。

治療過程：用隱形牙套來關閉拔牙空間，由於不對稱拔牙空間造成門齒中線的偏移，我們合併骨釘來矯治。
